The Role Overview
This key position involves leading day-to-day operations and ensuring service excellence across all client services.
You'll be responsible for overseeing participant onboarding, coordination, and service delivery while supervising and developing support workers and coordinators.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the Client Services team to achieve exceptional results.
* Ensure compliance with documentation, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Develop strategies to manage incidents, behaviour supports, and restrictive practice processes effectively.
* Support scheduling, SIL transitions, and participant reviews to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Promote a collaborative, values-driven team culture that fosters strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in team leading, NDIS service coordination, and/or leadership.
* A strong understanding of NDIS regulations and compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
