About the role
Propertyworks is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Loganholme, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional customer service whilst maximising returns for our clients.
What you'll be doing
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained and rent is collected on time
* Prepare and execute lease agreements, tenancy inspections, and property condition reports
* Oversee the marketing and leasing of vacant properties to secure new tenants
* Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to landlords
* Respond to tenant inquiries and address any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of properties
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders
* Proficient in the use of property management software and systems including PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate & Realworks.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act and consumer protection laws
* A valid QLD real estate license or salespersons certificate
* A valid Australian car licence
