About the Role
The Manager of Engagement will provide strategic leadership and operational management for partnerships with Aboriginal Health Service partner organisations, other Aboriginal-controlled organisations in Central Australia, and directly with Aboriginal communities in the region.
This role is crucial for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the voices of Aboriginal communities are heard and their priorities are integrated into our work.
As Manager of Engagement, you will identify, update, and clearly communicate the priorities, values, and leadership of Central Australian and Barkly Aboriginal health services.
You will gather insights from community engagement and present this knowledge to senior management, including the CEO and COO, ensuring that Aboriginal perspectives are central to our strategy and operations.

Your Responsibilities
* Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of successful partner engagement, relationship building, and collaboration across organisations
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to senior management
* Experience in budget development and management, as well as staff supervision
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage complex projects or programs
