Trade Counter Assistant – Penrith (Actrol)
As part of the Trade Counter team, you will assist engineers, project managers and other tradespeople by providing access to the products they need to maintain essential services.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer service and product information in person and over the phone.
* Generate and deliver quotes, both in person and by phone.
* Pick, pack and perform stock control activities.
* Maintain branch cleanliness and safety standards.
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and keep information accurate.
* Computer literate and willing to learn new systems.
* Clean, valid driver's licence and availability for various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop a career within the company.
