About the Role
Are you a skilled physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with chronic and complex conditions? We're seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a pivotal role in improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.
You will:
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy for individuals with complex chronic conditions.
* Design and implement exercise, rehabilitation, and pain management programs.
* Support self-management, physical activity, and health literacy through education for individuals and families.
* Provide community-based care, including medical centre visits and local outreach.
* Collaborate across our services and with local providers and healthcare services.
About You
We are looking for a tertiary qualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration and minimum 3 years' clinical experience across the lifespan in private practice or community physiotherapy.
Apart from your technical skills, you should possess exceptional team-player qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your commitment to genuine strengths-based, responsive, person-centred care is essential. Additionally, you should be dedicated to empowering individuals to live well with chronic conditions through integrated, person-centred, supported, and safe care.
About the Organisation
The organisation is a purpose-built, accredited private medical centre located in Kununurra. As a busy and innovative not-for-profit primary healthcare service, we are committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive healthcare for the community, tourists, and industries across the East Kimberley.
We provide an accredited private GP clinic alongside integrated community services in youth mental health, disability advocacy, and residential AOD withdrawal. Our purpose-driven social enterprise is dedicated to strengthening integrated and coordinated allied healthcare across the stunning East Kimberley.
