Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Custom Home Builder (Mandurah)
We are a respected custom home building company based in Mandurah, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke projects tailored to our clients’ vision. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our team and oversee residential building projects from start to finish.
About the Role:
As Site Supervisor / Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and supervising all in office construction activities
- Managing trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timelines are met
- Maintaining solid communication with clients, project managers, and the office team
- Upholding strict safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in residential building
- A trade qualification and/or relevant building certifications
- Two storey custom home experience essential
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and OH&S; requirements
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
