We are seeking a technically strong Interiors Revit Technician / Documenter to join the interiors team and take ownership of the Revit function across projects. This role will suit someone who enjoys being heavily involved in the technical side of design - taking a project from early 2D plans through to detailed documentation and delivery - while still having some involvement on the creative side. This is not a purely drafting role. The successful person will play a key part in translating design intent into accurate, highly resolved and buildable documentation, while working closely with a broader multidisciplinary team. The Role Own and manage the Revit process across interior projects from 2D planning through to documentation and delivery Translate design concepts, sketches and layouts into accurate, highly resolved Revit models and drawing packages Prepare plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans, schedules and construction documentation Work closely with the interior design team to ensure design intent is accurately captured and documented Provide technical input around buildability, detailing, coordination and documentation standards Support consultant coordination and help identify documentation clashes or technical issues early Assist in maintaining Revit standards, families, templates and overall documentation quality Contribute to the creative process where required, particularly in helping resolve ideas into practical, deliverable design outcomes Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are coordinated and delivered smoothly About You Strong Revit capability, ideally gained within interiors, interior architecture or a multidisciplinary design environment Experience taking projects from early planning or concept stages through to detailed documentation and construction issue Strong technical detailing and documentation skills, with a high level of accuracy and consistency Sound understanding of buildability, joinery, materials and interior construction methods Able to work collaboratively with designers while also taking ownership of the technical side of the role Comfortable being hands-on, proactive and accountable for the quality of documentation output Some design sensibility or creative involvement would be highly regarded Why Consider It Join a respected multidisciplinary studio with integrated expertise across architecture, urban design, interiors and landscape architecture Be part of a design-led practice delivering high-quality work across a diverse range of sectors Enjoy a genuinely collaborative, vibrant office environment with music playing and a great team culture Office located just a short walk from the train station WFH flexibility available Strong staff retention, with average tenure sitting at around 5 years Friday team lunches and regular team-building events A role offering both technical depth and some creative involvement, with long-term growth potential If you are a strong Revit operator who enjoys owning the technical side of interiors projects while staying connected to design, I’d love to hear from you.
