What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the charge on paid acquisition through Meta, Google, and other channels.
- Build and optimise campaigns that drive revenue, growth, and customer loyalty.
- Expand into affiliate platforms, competitions, and partnerships that reach current audiences.
- Manage budgets like it’s your own business — every dollar working hard for ROI.
- Create ad assets to deliver scroll-stopping, conversion-driving ad campaigns.
- Test, learn, optimise — then test again — to scale what works.
- Report on performance and insights that keep the wider team energised and informed.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in paid media, especially Meta and Google Ads.
- Track record of growing revenue and acquisition through paid campaigns.
- Bonus points for experience with affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills — you thrive on data and insights.
- A growth mindset — always testing, refining, and chasing what’s next.
- Experience in fashion is a plus.
- Must have experience growing and scaling eCommerce brands.
