As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing requirements, optimising finance and payroll processes, and ensuring ERP/HCM system configurations align with compliance and organisational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end SDLC implementation ideally with a finance ERP or Payroll HCM. They will possess domain knowledge of the finance and payroll functions in the education sector and skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn these into functional & technical specifications
* Bring in the functional expertise in the Finance & Payroll toolset that is being implemented where applicable
* Support the implementation partner through the configuration of the Finance ERP and Payroll HCM modules according to the business requirements
* Perform solution testing to validate that the solution is built as per requirements and agreed design
* Support training team delivery to end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve issues
* Plan and coordinate testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, to validate that the implemented solutions effectively address business needs
* Contribute to the data migration strategy from legacy systems to the new ERP
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end SDLC implementation ideally with a finance ERP or Payroll HCM
* Domain knowledge of the finance and payroll functions in the education sector
* Skills in data analysis and reporting tools
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, user stories, backlog management, and sprint planning
* Strong documentation skills, and familiar with artifacts created along the project lifecycle
