About the role: This role will see you working with a team of experienced lawyers focussed on the delivery of native title advice including: complex advice on The Native Title Act, The Human Rights Act and Cultural Heritage Acts particularly as they relate to large public infrastructure, mining and resources projects etc; advice on ILUAs, s31 agreements, future act and objection applications; negotiating drafting and review of cultural heritage agreements and management plans; native title / cultural heritage implications of specific grants of tenements; and litigation proceedings relating to the above. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: At least 10 years PAE, demonstrated native title experience; a collaborative, team approach to your work; a commercial and focussed manner; and strong mentoring and team building skills.
