The Project & Opportunity
Prospect Pre-Treatment Plant, a vital infrastructure project aimed at safeguarding Sydney's water supply. The facility will ensure that residents across the city continue to receive safe, secure, and reliable drinking water, especially during periods of compromised water quality caused by storms, droughts, or bushfires.
For this project, we're currently looking for a Project Engineer to bolster our delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that the project is delivered within the allotted time and budget, while satisfying the client's needs
* Plan material, resources and systems usage for successful, cost-effective, and best-practice project completion
* Maintain documentation and systems for quality, safety, environmental considerations
* Financial management and cost tracking of subcontractors on larger packages of work
* Lead and mentor project teams made of up undergrads, grads, site engineers
Required Skills And Competencies
* Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar
* Experience as a Project Engineer or Equivalent
* Well-developed leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
* Construction Induction Card (White card)
