Unlock New Sales Opportunities: Are you passionate about emerging technologies and eager to boost your sales career in a rapidly expanding organisation?

We are seeking exceptional sales professionals to join our team and drive the growth of Splunk in new markets. In this key role, you will assist our sales team break into businesses that have never used Splunk.

Responsibilities:

- Be the driving force behind pipeline growth through high outbound demand/pipeline generation activity.

- Identify business challenges, objectives, and related impacts on a prospect's organisation. You will hold business conversations following Splunk's sales methodology with various contact types and establish appropriate next actions.

- Articulate Splunk's proposition and its benefits for business challenges.

- Generate leads to build qualified sales opportunities for sales representatives.

- Prioritise strategic account lists within a defined territory and build an active pool and pipeline.

- Represent Splunk at selected field marketing events.

- Meet and exceed assigned metrics, maintain call volumes, and achieve monthly key performance indicators.

- Collaborate with partners for maximum effectiveness and territory expansion.

Requirements:

- Experience in cold calling and hunting into greenfield accounts/businesses, or strong customer service success in a technology retail or sales environment such as telecommunications and technology.

- Success in finding new opportunities with prospects and existing businesses.

- Ability to book qualified sales appointments and own the appointment process.

- Strong account profiling skills and ability to navigate key contacts and identify account intelligence.

- Software sales and Enterprise prospecting experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication, written, and analytical skills.

- Motivation to grow, learn, and adapt, and a passion for new technologies.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and work with like-minded people.
