Duties:
* Support a team of experienced Property Managers & Agents
* General administrative duties – call answering
* Project work
* Updating CRM & file management
* Office management
* Be the face and voice of the business – Greeting walk-ins and clients
* Management of social media accounts
* Liaising with all clients and vendors to ensure a smooth operation
* Marketing & Sales support
* Open, close & maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times
* Ensuring office supplies are well stocked
* Uploading & advertising properties online
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in administration or reception
2. Initiative and a passion for the industry
3. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
4. A high level of care factor and customer service
5. Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
