The Role I
This is a newly created role within a high-energy, collaborative creative team. Working closely with the Head of Creative and Senior Graphic Designer, the Creative Copywriter plays a pivotal role in shaping brand storytelling and delivering compelling copy across all customer touchpoints.
You will be hands-on, ideas-driven and highly adaptable, bringing campaigns to life through words that connect emotionally, perform commercially and feel unmistakably on-brand. This role suits a copywriter who thrives in fast-paced ecommerce environments and enjoys collaborating closely with designers, marketers and stakeholders to turn creative concepts into engaging, results-driven content.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing creative copy and concepts for brand campaigns and initiatives.
* Partnering closely with designers to ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together.
* Writing engaging content across website, ecommerce, email, digital campaigns and paid media.
* Creating social media copy that builds community, drives engagement and reflects brand voice.
* Applying SEO and conversion principles to optimise copy for performance and discoverability.
* Supporting print collateral including brochures, lookbooks and in-store materials.
* Adapting messaging quickly in response to changing briefs, timelines and business priorities.
* Championing brand tone, voice and consistency across all written communication.
* Contributing ideas, trends and inspiration to keep messaging fresh and relevant.
Skill Set I
* 3–5 years' experience in copywriting or content creation, ideally within ecommerce, retail or lifestyle brands.
* Proven ability to write compelling copy across digital and print channels.
* Strong creative concept development and storytelling capability (short and long form).
* Experience collaborating with designers and creative teams on integrated campaigns.
* Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance-driven copy.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Naturally collaborative, ideas-led and comfortable working at pace.
