In this role, you will be responsible for managing tourism services, overseeing key landmarks, and providing exceptional customer service at the Menzies Visitor Centre. Your duties will include reviewing local points of interest, managing signage and promotional materials, and liaising with other departments for the upkeep of tourism assets such as the Lady Shenton building and the Caravan Park. You will also play an integral part in ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors, assisting with event coordination and offering administrative support as needed.
The remuneration for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The package includes a relocation allowance, subsidised staff accommodation, additional superannuation, and loyalty pay, all of which are subject to Shire policy.
