About the Role:
This role involves providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across various levels of the organization. Key responsibilities include managing complex people matters, conducting investigations, and supporting managers in day-to-day case management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a member of the HR team, providing support and developing effective working relationships with stakeholders.
* Manage a portfolio of cases, scheduling and prioritizing activities based on needs and deadlines.
* Provide support to managers or lead HR efforts on complex people matters.
* Evaluate employment practices and provide clear advice and guidance in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines.
* Apply a pragmatic approach to offering solutions while recognizing legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a proven track record of managing complex HR cases, comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication skills. Experience in applying commercial and pragmatic approaches to HR risk-based solutions is also required.
