Job Title: Plant and Equipment Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant and Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and reactive maintenance on plant, machinery, and site infrastructure.
* Responsibilities:
o Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks on plant, machinery, and site infrastructure;
o Diagnose and repair pumps, motors, pipework, filtration systems, and fixed plant equipment;
o Complete welding, cutting, fabrication, and light mechanical assembly as required;
o Respond promptly to breakdowns to restore operations safely;
o Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections;
o Identify and report faults, defects, and safety risks;
o Maintain workshops, service vehicles, tools, and equipment;
o Assist with inventory control, spare parts, and consumables;
o Support general facility upkeep, minor construction, and site improvements.
