About the Opportunity: This firm is growing rapidly and is seeking a Manager to assist the director with an ever growing client base in all industry types. This role offers an exciting chance for someone who loves working in a small office environment with large clients.
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with a focus on regional businesses
Oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
Provide Virtual CFO services to clients to improve business operations
Can manage 2 junior staff while being supported by the partner
Contribute to the firm''s growth and business development initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
7+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
CA or CPA qualifications
Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services (or wanting to learn)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
