About This Role
IMED North Tasmania are seeking two customer focused and dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join the team either Launceston or Latrobe.
There are currently two permanent Full time positions working Monday to Friday, shifts scheduled between the core hours of 8:00am and 5.30pm.
This role is the perfect role for individuals who love to engage with the local community via the telephone, help them book appointments and solve problems, and for people who love to be busy and work hard with a supportive team around them.

What will you be doing?
Driving the delivery of high quality contact centre services for people across N and North West Tasmania who are looking to book more complex radiology services
Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency over the phone and through our online booking platform
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Our ideal team members will have
Clear communication skills, both in speaking and listening, along with patience and empathy for people in varying situations
Ability to keep calm under pressure and multi-task between different systems while actively listening
High attention to detail and accuracy
Call Centre experience is preferred but not essential
As a team player, you will be determined to succeed in achieving your KPI's and your strong work ethic will be highly valued.
