Our Project team within our Financial Management, People and Engagement Division supports the business in exploring and adopting new ways of working using artificial intelligence. We focus on building understanding, encouraging engagement, and helping teams identify practical opportunities where new technology can add value across Macquarie.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will support the Project Team by coordinating communications, events, and learning activities that help colleagues understand and engage with artificial intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to build and maintain a strong pipeline of new ideas and use cases. Your contribution will help ensure engagement and change activities are well planned, accessible, and aligned with broader programme goals.

What You Offer
* Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, or change activity within a large or complex organisation, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills, with experience managing workshops, forums, training sessions, or events, including logistics and participant communications.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing accessible materials such as presentations, guides, videos, and learning resources.
* An analytical mindset, with experience tracking engagement, training uptake, or adoption measures and turning insights into practical recommendations.
* A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively alongside programme managers, technical teams, and business partners to deliver shared outcomes.
