About the Role
As an OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families.
* Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5‐12 years of age.
* Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
* Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
* Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
Hours: 7:00 am – 9:00 am & 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, plus weekly admin hours. Monday to Friday only – no weekend work.
Requirements
You are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it's not essential.
* Completed or currently studying an ACECQA‐recognised Diploma Level qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check www.acecqa.gov.au for details relevant to your state.
* A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
* Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
