We service the Fleet and Automotive Collision Repair Industry, Aviation Refinish, Industrial Coatings market and the Retail and Building Industry.
We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Assistant / Customer Service Representativeto join our Palmerston branch. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a stable and growing business within the coatings industry.

About the Role
As part of a close-knit team, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
* Managing inbound and outbound sales calls and customer enquiries.
* Assisting customers with product information, order tracking and general support.
* Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time.
* Receiving, unloading and stocking incoming deliveries, maintaining an organised warehouse.
* Conducting stock checks and supporting inventory accuracy.
* Supporting warehouse operations and assisting team members where needed.
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies.

* A current driver's licence (required).
