A well-established and highly regarded Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to the construction industry is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated administration professional, preferably with RTO experience, to play a key role in supporting high-quality vocational education delivery across Victoria. About the Role Reporting to an RTO Manager and working collaboratively with 2 other Admin professionals, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and providing high-level administrative support to trainers, clients, and wider team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a flexible and adaptable approach to a constantly changing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across all RTO operations Manage student enrolments, records, and data entry using VETtrak and other systems Support trainers and management with scheduling, documentation, and reporting Assist with compliance against RTO standards and internal policies Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications Maintain efficient office systems and coordinate daily office activities Skills, Experience and Attributes Previous experience working in an RTO environment (preferred)and experience using VETtrak Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and within a team Dynamic, adaptable and flexible to a changing environment Enjoys a fast paced environment and can keep calm under pressure This role is based on-site full time, with hours of work ideally 8am-4pm.
