Key Role for EBT Administration Management
About this role:
The key role is to lead and develop the EBT Administration team, ensuring a client-focused, responsive and effective student administration process.
Day-to-day leadership and guidance are provided by proactively managing and giving clear, timely and compliant solutions on a wide range of EBT administrative issues.
This role manages relationships with key stakeholders and provides expert advice for EBT planning of whole of college activities to ensure the delivery of administration services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to the EBT Administration team.
* Ensure the development and implementation of effective EBT administrative processes.
* Proactively manage and resolve EBT administrative issues in a timely and compliant manner.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
