We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager who is equal parts creative and strategic, someone who can design eye-catching content and run high-performing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms.
The Role
This is more than a design role, it's a chance to become the go-to marketing all-rounder for our business and agents.
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Designing digital and print marketing materials for agents (flyers, brochures, signage, social graphics, etc).
- Managing and optimising Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and paid campaigns.
- Creating, scheduling, and growing social media content across multiple platforms.
- Supporting agents with brand-compliant creative solutions.
- Building and updating simple Wix websites.
- Assisting with simple video editing (After Effects experience beneficial).
- Providing marketing advice and solutions to agents across AUS & NZ.
- Providing phone support and communications to agents about social media and marketing campaigns.
About You
You're a creative thinker and problem-solver with a passion for marketing and design. You're confident working across multiple platforms and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in graphic design & digital marketing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of graphic design experience is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of digital marketing experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Intermediate level experience with Facebook Ads Manager is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Ability to create engaging content that drives results.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence supporting clients/agents.
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects.
Bonus points for:
- HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Video editing experience.
- Real estate or property marketing background (not required).
