The Department of Housing and Works delivers and maintains essential social housing and critical infrastructure across Western Australia—including schools, hospitals and police facilities.
We manage tenancy services, support housing provision in remote Aboriginal communities, and oversee government employee accommodation.

About The Role
Experience in settlements or conveyancing is not essential – on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for highly-motivated individuals with an administration background who are looking for a new chance that offers varied and fulfilling work as well as flexible work arrangements.
The Securities and Conveyancing Branch provides high quality conveyancing services to support the Department’s role in assisting people achieve home ownership. The Branch’s services are driven by contractual deadlines. The achievement of these deadlines is dependent on the preparation of accurate conveyancing documents in a timely manner.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Branch, attending settlements and registrations, disbursing settlement moneys and preparing routine conveyancing matters on behalf of the Department.

Current vacancies and pool
Currently there are two (2) permanent full-time positions available for filling. Other suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool. This pool will run for a period of twelve (12) months and may be used to fill other similar full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term vacancies with the possibility of further extension(s) and/or permanency.
