About the Role
We're expanding and looking for an Onsite / Internal Technician to join our technical team.
You'll work closely with experienced engineers, provide onsite support to clients, and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of environments and technologies.
This role suits someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys variety, and wants to keep building their IT career.
What you'll be doing
* Onsite and remote support for clients
* Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
* Assisting with installs, upgrades and maintenance
* Working collaboratively with senior engineers and the broader team
* Delivering friendly, professional customer service
What we're looking for
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude
* Genuine interest in computers, operating systems and technology
* Willingness to learn, take feedback and grow
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
* Clear, confident communication skills
* Current driver's licence (onsite visits required)
(Any previous IT support experience is highly regarded.)
