We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiatic receptionist for our small family owned business in Somersby.
The successful applicant must be available to work 2-3 days per week.
Job type: Casual/part time
Above award wage plus superannuation.
Immediate Start
Main duties include but are not limited to:
*Customer service/sales
*Invoicing and payment reconciliation
*General admin duties
*Office housekeeping
*Available to work on Saturdays
Successful applicant must have:
*Admin experience
*Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
*Ability to work unsupervised
*Excellent computer skills
*Be Reliable, organised, punctual and a quick learner
*Experience in XERO bookkeeping software would be desirable.
