This may involve advising on complex negotiations of leases and related transaction documents such as AFLs, fitout and incentive deeds, subleases, licences and on issues such as rent reviews, first rights or refusal, options, expansion and contraction rights and other lease management issues.* **Property development and conveyancing** advice including risk analysis, project structuring, joint ventures and syndicates, mixed-use developments including stratum and community title schemes. This may involve assisting the team with stamp duty, planning, environmental and construction advice.* **Retirement village** advice and transactions.
