Your role As an experience Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role caring for our highly acute patients with complex health conditions. You will assist in close monitoring and clinical support for physiologically unstable patients post surgically and provide specialised care for individuals with complicated medical conditions. The Position Maintain and develop clinical skills in order to care for patients appropriate to level of competence. Deliver a high standard of patient care utilizing appropriate resources cost effectively. Adhere to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards. Act as the patient’s advocate and facilitate the rights of individuals. Provide patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate. Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care through the continuum of care. Prioritise workload using resources effectively. You will have a registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. To succeed you will have an ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi-disciplinary health care team, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Registered Nurses with demonstrated experience in managing highly acute and complex patient care within a hospital environment will be highly regarded.
