Your Role
A hands-on Site Manager is sought after to lead a facility. You'll oversee operations, shape a high-performing team environment, and ensure your team has the skills, confidence, and capability to excel.
You will:
* Lead and inspire a skilled team, fostering a supportive and high-trust culture
* Resolve challenges with diplomacy and constructive conflict resolution
* Coach and upskill staff for both current success and long-term capability
* Oversee safe, compliant, and efficient logistics operations
* Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and customers

Key Requirements
Applicants must possess:
* Proven leadership in logistics, warehousing, or defence operations
* Strong people management and team development experience
* Skilled communicator who can navigate sensitive situations confidently
* OH&S knowledge, ideally with Dangerous Goods or EO handling
