About the Role
Deliver exceptional cultural leadership to a team of practitioners ensuring culturally safe and responsive case management for multiple family violence programs. Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring program performance and compliance
* Preparing comprehensive reports on program activities, outcomes, challenges, and achievements
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Successful applicants must possess:
* Tertiary qualification in social work, welfare, community services, or a related field
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams while promoting cultural safety and trauma-informed practice
* Capacity to make sound decisions in high-risk situations
* Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislations, including The Family Violence Protection Act 2008 and The Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 VIC
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
