Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Director in driving centre operations and ensuring high-quality early learning and care delivery.
* Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Provide leadership and management in the Centre Director's absence, maintaining centre excellence and operational efficiency.
* Implement and utilise the Goodstart Practice Guide to drive quality and best practice.
About the Role:
This is an 85-place centre with purpose-built indoor spaces and large outdoor play areas designed for exploration and learning. The role requires flexibility for both open and close shifts to support centre operations.
A dedicated team of educators delivers high-quality, play-based learning programs, focusing on school readiness and child development. Strong family and community partnerships create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for children.
