Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading youth mental health provider to recruit a Senior Clinician within an Early Psychosis program in Darwin.
About this role:
As a Senior Clinician, you will provide high-level clinical care to young people experiencing or at risk of psychosis, while also supporting junior clinicians through mentoring and clinical guidance.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused, evidence-based care in line with best practice models.

* Salary circa $95K + super + salary packaging
* Full-time permanent role
* Based in Darwin headspace service

Some of the key responsibilities of your position are:
* Deliver comprehensive assessments, therapy, and case management
* Manage complex presentations and risk
* Provide clinical consultation and support to team members
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement
* Support culturally safe care for Aboriginal young people
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

To be eligible for this position you must:
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social Work, OT, Nursing)
* Registration with AHPRA or AASW
* Strong clinical experience in mental health
* Experience working with young people and complex cases
* Ability to provide supervision or mentoring (desirable)
* Working With Children Check, Police Check, Driver’s Licence
