About the role
Our Physiotherapy role will provide you with a unique opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of OT’s, Physio’s, EP’s, Podiatrists and Dietitians.
Main responsibilities, include (but are not limited to):
- Helping patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability or ageing to improve their movement, function and quality of life.
- Providing a full range of services to clients of the practice, including examinations and treatments to rehabilitate and improve people who currently are unable to function to their desired capacity.
- Managing the patient journey and outcomes through evidence-based and best practice.
- Promoting patient's health and wellbeing and providing advice on how to avoid injury and self-manage long-term conditions.
