About the role: Work across complex construction disputes, including adjudications, arbitrations and litigation. Be exposed to high-value matters across energy, resources and infrastructure sectors. Draft pleadings, submissions and technical advice on construction law issues. Engage directly with clients, experts and counsel. The ideal candidate: Have 5–6 years’ PQE with strong construction or commercial litigation experience. Have prior exposure to construction disputes, adjudications or major project work. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail. Commercially minded with the ability to manage matters autonomously.
