About the Role:
Reporting to the Terminal Operations Manager, you will take on a key hands-on role supporting the team across our Pimba Terminal and surrounding sites. As the go-to person for a variety of administrative tasks, you'll help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and staff
* Coordinate meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements with a customer-first approach
* Maintain and report on data using internal HR and business systems
* Oversee equipment ordering and supply coordination
* Support day-to-day facility and depot/terminal management
* Assist in delivering administrative programs and initiatives
* Manage purchasing transactions in line with service agreements
* Liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors
* Ensure all tasks are completed with professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail
About You:
You'll be a highly organised individual with a strong administrative background and a genuine interest in supporting operational teams. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment and be confident juggling competing priorities.
To be successful, you'll bring:
* Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Sound understanding of HR, financial, payroll and procurement systems and processes
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Available for either DIDO from Port Augusta or FIFO from Adelaide - 4 Day per week, 12-hour days. Accommodation and meals provided.
