Sales Channel Development
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic Channel Plans to support campaign delivery, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and meet commercial and quality targets.
You will lead the performance and growth of SME third-party sales channels, ensuring delivery against key metrics such as Net Customer Position, revenue, cost per sale, and customer lifetime value.

* Develop and execute strategic Channel Plans to support campaign delivery, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and meet commercial and quality targets.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, managing complaints, training, and quality assurance in partnership with internal teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to optimise channel performance and identify new business opportunities.
* Manage accurate commission and incentive payments, with transparent reporting and regular performance updates to leadership.
* Oversee data processes related to sales and customer information, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
