Education and Training Job Opportunity
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about education and training. As a Second in Charge (2IC) in our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our program.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, although this is not essential as we can provide training. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals, and have excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
We offer a range of benefits, including the ECEC Grant, which provides an extra 10% on top of your award wage, and Director of Service Job Ready training to help you grow in your career. Additionally, you will enjoy staff discounts, wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Program, and opportunities for career progression within the organization.
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You will work across split shifts, Monday to Friday, with a total of 26.25 hours per week. The role involves engaging with the school community, attending events and assemblies, and assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
The requirements for the role include relevant Diploma qualifications (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards. If you are passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children, are energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun, then this could be the ideal job for you.
