Early Childhood Educator – Level 2

At Wangaratta Children's Services Centre, we believe early learning should be joyful, inclusive, and empowering — for both children and educators. We're looking for a Level 2 Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team on a casual basis — with the potential to align shifts with school hours, making it ideal for working parents or those seeking greater work-life balance.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
* Planning and delivering creative, play-based learning experiences
* Observing and documenting each child's learning journey
* Building warm, respectful relationships with children and families
* Ensuring a safe, healthy environment in line with policies and best practices
* Collaborating with passionate educators to support continuous quality improvement
What You Bring:
* A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
* Experience working with children aged 0–6 in a centre-based setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A current Working with Children Check and willing to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check
* A genuine passion for early years education and a heart for community
* (Preferred) First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certifications
