Our Magnum Ice Cream factory based in Minto is on the lookout for enthusiastic Production and Mixing Operators to join our expanding team. * Dynamic Work Environment : Embrace the challenge of working a rotating roster of 12-hour shifts across Monday to Saturday, including both day and night shifts. (We work 6am – 6pm and 6pm to 6am. We work days and nights equally across a 3 week rotating roster and work 1 Saturday every 3 weeks).

What We're Looking For:
* Production Operator : Help create and package our beloved ice creams. Experience with machine operations, production lines, or food manufacturing is ideal, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
* Mixing Operator : Play a crucial role in crafting the ice cream experience by mixing raw ingredients according to recipes and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Assurance : Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
* Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
* Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to safely perform manual handling of up to 20kg.
* Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of your shift
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including zero tolerance to drugs or alcohol
