Key Support Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled individual to make a significant impact in a dynamic organisation. As the Officer Manager/Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Executive Director.
Job Summary:
Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director, encompassing diary management, correspondence, and preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, and board documentation.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Executive Director with diary management, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
* Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and board documentation, utilising strong writing and analytical skills.
* Oversight of daily office operations and facilities, including managing systems, supplies, and filing.
* Financial administration, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and audit support.
* Liaise with stakeholders and provide administrative support across a range of organisational priorities.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive and administrative support, ideally in a government or not-for-profit environment.
* Mature and professional demeanour, with acumen, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.
* Strong organisational and financial administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Xero accounting package highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Experience supporting the coordination of events and meetings, including logistics and stakeholder communication.
