The Role – More Than Just a Section You’ll be trusted to run your section independently, maintaining output, quality, and service coordination—sometimes across different restaurant styles depending on your experience. The role: Preparing and presenting Mediterranean, Italian, or Modern Australian cuisine Supporting both à la carte and buzzer-based service models Coordinating with FOH using docket systems Maintaining prep, hygiene, and section accountability under pressure You won’t be boxed into one role.
