We're excited to welcome a new member to the NHM Group team and are currently seeking a motivated and organised
Agent Assistant
to support the day-to-day running of our Brisbane head office.
This is an
entry-level role
and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the entertainment industry. Full training and support will be provided.
About the Role
Working closely with the Agent, you'll assist with administrative tasks and help manage actor bookings, auditions, and client materials. You'll gain hands-on experience across film, television, theatre, and commercial projects while learning how a busy talent agency operates.
About You
You don't need previous agency experience — we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in the arts and entertainment industry.
You are:

* Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills
Essential

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Agent with daily administrative tasks
* Managing audition requests and actor submissions
* Answering phones and responding to enquiries
* Data entry and diary management
* Assisting with self-tapes and showreel edits
* Updating client biographies and media
* Helping with office upkeep (kitchen and admin)
* Assisting with invoicing and payroll
* Supporting website and social media updates
