Our Sales Assistant Role
* Provide outstanding support to customers and establish strong relationships.
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Tint paint, mix colours, arrange orders for delivery, and match colours accurately.
* Operate company vehicles for deliveries.
* Maintain store presentation by merchandising and replenishing stock promptly.
* Ensure store housekeeping and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements for Success
* Previous retail experience with a focus on providing excellent customer service to a growing customer base.
* Keen to learn new skills and build expertise in our products.
* Flexible 38-hour roster between 7am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
* Able to perform manual handling tasks.
* Valid driver's licence essential.
* Prior paint experience not necessary – training provided.
