About the Role
This position will begin as casual employment, with the opportunity to transition into Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time after a successful period demonstrating strong performance, reliability and consistency.
What your days look like:
* Vacate / End of Lease cleans (majority of work)
* Occasional general residential cleans
* Detailed kitchen, bathroom, wall, window and full-property cleaning
* Working independently or in a small team
* Jobs across all Perth metro suburbs (North & South of the River)
For residential cleaning, the hours are generally rostered between 8:00am – 5:00pm with no late nights or split shifts. However we do have a commercial cleaning division that offer late evening cleaning for out of hours of offices / businesses.

* Pay in accordance with the WA Cleaning Award
* Rates up to $35 per hour depending on experience

* 12% Superannuation (paid quarterly by the company)

To be considered for this role, we only require that you have:
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
* Reliable vehicle (required initially)
* Willingness to travel across NOR & SOR
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual work ethic
* Physically fit and able to complete full-property cleans
* A smartphone (IOS/Android) to download our cleaning app.
Vacate / end of lease experience is highly regarded. General cleaning experience is a bonus.
