The RoleAs Learning Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the hotel. Working closely with department leaders and the Human Resources team, you will design engaging training programs, support leadership development, and ensure our teams have the skills and confidence to deliver the ANdAZ experience every day.
You will play a key role in onboarding new colleagues, embedding brand culture, and supporting ongoing professional growth across all departments.
