JS Careers is partnering with a number of leading Real Assets investment firms who are planning junior hiring for early 2026. These platforms invest across infrastructure, core plus, real estate and sustainable assets, deploying capital into high-quality platforms, operating businesses and long-term asset portfolios across Australia and globally.
These roles offer broad exposure to the full investment lifecycle within lean, high‑performing teams, with direct access to senior investors and meaningful responsibility from day one.
Role Responsibilities
* Financial modelling, valuation and investment underwriting across real assets
* Supporting commercial, financial and technical due diligence
* Transaction execution and investment committee preparation
* Post‑acquisition activities including refinancing, restructures, asset optimisation and exits
* Market research, sector analysis and investment thesis development
* Assisting with stakeholder engagement, negotiations and site visits
* Preparing internal papers, investor materials and strategy presentations
Candidate Requirements
* Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
* 1‑4 years' experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Direct Investment
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability
* Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and within lean teams
* Strong work ethic and desire to perform in a high‑calibre investment environment
* Genuine interest in real assets, infrastructure, sustainability and long‑term investing
