Job Title: Kangaroo Processing Line Operative
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced factory operative to join our production team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing kangaroo products in a chilled environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a dynamic production line, performing tasks such as trimming, boning, slicing, mincing, packing and sanitation. You will be required to follow strict guidelines and protocols, ensuring high-quality products that meet regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sharp objects
* Comfortable working in cold environments (up to 20°C)
* Able to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods
* Attention to detail, teamwork and ability to follow procedures
* Full work rights in Australia and reliable attendance
