Senior Researcher
The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement agricultural models that simulate the impact of farm management practices on water quality and greenhouse gas fluxes within the Great Barrier Reef catchment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Integrate landscape and land-use data into advanced agricultural models such as APSIM.
* Design, write, and maintain efficient, well-documented code using C#, R, or Python programming languages.
* Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
* Provide technical advice and support to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
